Alicia C. Barrientos is a PhD candidate in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience. Although the majority of her academic writing centers on grant proposals, literature reviews and manuscripts, she also writes creative non-fiction. She has experience working with Undergraduate and Masters students in English and Spanish providing support on a wide range of writing projects, from poetry to APA style research reports. She also has worked with students on personal statements for fellowships as well as statements that accompany post-graduate applications.
