MNSCI 113: Contemporary Issues in Science/English 110: College Writing
Why is it hard to clone humans? Can an electronic game be as “intelligent” as a human? Students will answer those questions and more using writing, games, lab visits, perception experiments, even The Matrix. In English 110, students learn the basics of academic argument – reading, thinking, writing, and revision – and pursue important scholarly questions as they build the authority they need to take part in today’s intellectual conversations.
