Writing at Queens provides a variety of resources to help faculty teach writing, including:
- Materials for teaching academic writing, such as:
- Lesson plans created by faculty at Queens and other colleges
- A bank of handouts on topics ranging from using sources to overcoming writer’s block
- A collection of writing manuals and guidelines in the disciplines
- A collection of assignments from various disciplines and levels in the curriculum
- The complete catalogue of books and articles of the WAC Resource Library (Queens Hall 330A)

Media Resources
Pursuant to offering students new modes of digital writing, Writing at Queens offers a basic kit for audio recording, to include:
- Shure cardioid microphones
- Yamaha 3-channel mixers
- Headphones and cables
WaQ is also partnered with the media center at Rosenthal Library, which offers a host of resources and spaces for digital/multimodal writing.
